We’re a small family business from Mundaring, repairing and restoring roofs across Perth.
Kieren has years of roofing experience plus a few other trades under his belt. He enjoys being outdoors and doing a job properly. He quotes every job himself, so you’ll get straight, honest advice from someone who really knows roofs. We’re often called in to fix work that wasn’t done properly the first time, and we’re happy to tell you what your roof needs (and what it doesn’t).
We explain what to expect during our work process, and we look after your property. Clean-up and waste removal are included in every job, and we back our work with a guarantee.
Services
Repointing
We specialise in tiled roof restorations, with a focus on ridge cap repointing.
Our process involves cleaning or removal of old cracked mortar, before expertly applying the new pointing, ensuring a long-lasting finish that protects your home from the elements while looking great for many years to come.
It is common practice in the industry to simply apply the new pointing directly on top of the old pointing without proper preparation. This results in sub-standard pointing that separates from the underlying mortar, meaning it has to be removed and replaced, costing you more in the long run.
We take the extra time and care to do the job right the first time and ensure your pointing will last.
Rebedding
If your ridge caps have "left the building", they may need rebedding before we can repoint them. Rebedding involves applying cement mortar under the ridge cap to secure it, before applying the flexible pointing mortar over the top.
Pressure Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning is an instant, effective way to remove moss, lichen and dirt build up and restore the appearance of your roof.
